The location was nice, just a pleasant stroll away from a minor league ballpark. the hotel was close to a subway station. Comforts of a well-laid-out twin room with a view of the Shanghai Exhibition Center were fabulous.

fairly clean good value hotel with a lovely pool and an unbeatable location just off fine dining options, the metro and across the road and the center of a complex with plenty of shopping options. early check-in, late check-out. no charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

Absolutely perfect and nice location, very amiable staff from the bellboys till the management. It was located close to the a subway station. The room was huge and generous-sized, had separate bathroom. The breakfast served was freshly prepared with western options, the paltry amount of offerings plus egg dishes.

Pity, but the beds were too soft.

The rooms at the Portman Ritz-Carlton Shanghai are huge and nicely equipped with high-tech gadgets. I enjoyed a great view of the Exhibition Centre during my stay. It was a good experience for my business trip.

Fresh made breakfast, with plenty of food. Well-trained staff and comfortable location, perfect for me. Really good stay in very very nice area.

the ritz club lounge

the pool was closed without notice, no Spa and people were allowed in the club lounge without even being guests of the ritz.

Beautifully kept hotel with customer-focused staff at the bell desk. the property is located right next to Shanghai for the first time and near the nearest metro. Situated in an upscale shopping district with hundreds of top-quality local and international restaurants.

This place had quite poor level comparing to other RITZ hotels I used to stay in. Breakfast was awful.

The location here is perfect, near an underground station, the rooms are well-equipped with TV, ironing facilities, and a study area.

Spent 11 wonderful days here and would stay again and again. the place was luxurious and had very friendly staff at the bell desk. - Unbeatable and incredible location close to many restaurants. - the bathroom in our large room was luxurious. - Mr Tural and Supervisor Mr Emre were excellent.

The room here is pretty nice – it even comes with a bottle of Champagne! You can enjoy some amazing views from the room, and they've got all you need, like an ironing board. the service is top-notch, and all this comes at a great price. 👌.
